Return Process

  Log in to your Ambrane account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request within 7 days of delivery.

  Our support team will review your request and may ask for images or videos of the product and its packaging to verify the reported issue or defect.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address; please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories and manuals.

  Refund or Replacement

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a physical inspection, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a brand-new replacement.
